Yes.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, bank transfer, PayPal and TransferWise. thetechangel.com does not accept cheque payments.
Do I have to pay for my appointment in advance?
No. You will be invoiced after your appointment, with an allocated time to settle the amount due.
Do you have a no fix no fee policy?
Sadly not. Technology is moving at a great pace these days, and whilst some bits of kit may be simple to use they are rather sophisticated. Therefore thetechangel.com cannot accept responsibility for either software or hardware being faulty or beyond repair, regardless of how much time is used attempting to fix it.
Do you charge VAT?
No.
Are you available at weekends?
Yes. This must be booked in advance and is subject to availability. Different billing rates apply. Please make contact for further details.
How can I contact you?

What are your hours of business in the week?
My hours of business are Monday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm.

I am outside of the coverage area, can you still offer support?
Sadly not. If you’re outside of the coverage area then I cannot offer you support. Exemptions are available for bigger jobs.
Can I purchase peripherals, computers and accessories for my PC through you?
Absolutely. Please make contact directly for further details on what you wish to order.
Do you have call-out fees?
No. I do not have any call-out fees. Just my travel expenses. If you live outside of the shown coverage area a fee
will apply, then the time I spend with you.

thetechangel.com is always happy to discuss things with other businesses and individuals, however, if you wish to meet face to face, or have a long consultation over the phone, then this will be deemed as regular billable time.
