I hope when youâ€™re reading this youâ€™re keeping well and active.
I am doing home and small business visits again, and as many of you know Iâ€™ve been using my remote assistance system exhaustively over the last 18 months.
If I do need to come and sort out your IT woes in person, can we both agree on the following:
- If you or I are feeling in the slightest bit unwell weâ€™ll postpone the appointment. There will be no fees for it being cancelled. We will reschedule for a later date.
- If youâ€™d like me to wear a mask or gloves whilst I am sat at your computer, please let me know.
- I may spend a little time wiping down your computer and the area that I will be working in. I will do this using antibacterial wipes which Iâ€™ll bring with me. Please can you observe social distancing as much as possible.
For those of you who are comfortable with me making a visit you will need to book your appointment either by phone or from this contact form.
I will also be limiting on-site visits to one per day to limit any possible carried infection.
Lastly please do remember that 99% of the time I can use remote assistance to troubleshoot issues so those of you who are isolating but need help – I can help you!
