October 2021 CoVid Update

Last updated: 01.10.2021

I hope when you’re reading this you’re keeping well and active.

I am doing home and small business visits again, and as many of you know I’ve been using my remote assistance system exhaustively over the last 18 months.

If I do need to come and sort out your IT woes in person, can we both agree on the following:

  1. If you or I are feeling in the slightest bit unwell we’ll postpone the appointment. There will be no fees for it being cancelled. We will reschedule for a later date.
  2. If you’d like me to wear a mask or gloves whilst I am sat at your computer, please let me know.
  3. I may spend a little time wiping down your computer and the area that I will be working in. I will do this using antibacterial wipes which I’ll bring with me. Please can you observe social distancing as much as possible.

For those of you who are comfortable with me making a visit you will need to book your appointment either by phone or from this contact form.

I will also be limiting on-site visits to one per day to limit any possible carried infection.

Lastly please do remember that 99% of the time I can use remote assistance to troubleshoot issues so those of you who are isolating but need help – I can help you!

Best wishes,
