No Fix, No Fee Policy
Computers are complex.
Despite being very reliable, there are almost infinite ways in which your computer can misbehave. Nearly all software has bugs, and hardware can develop faults with time. Despite our best endeavors, we can never guarantee that we will be able to fix your problem. Simply because its underlying cause may turn out to be beyond our control.
