Capacitve Touchscreen is a touchscreen that conducts electricity when your finger is placed upon it. It doesn’t react to pressure from your finger. This technology is what allows for multitouch on mobiles, so you can use more than one finger at a time.

AMOLED is a super-slimline Active Matrix Organic LED display (basically a different kind of screen technology that you’re used to). It controls all of the pixels in the screen individually, giving you a far sharper image on screen and better contrast for whites and blacks. The power consumption is also far less compared to traditional LED screens.
