Users who currently have a working version of 360 version 1 installed are eligible for the upgrade.

Norton 2006 users can now get a free upgrade from their 2006 or 2007 version to 2008. The upgrade will cost users absolutely nothing, and their existing subscription will still work with the new software package. (more…)

A patch released from Microsoft earlier this week, through Windows Updates, to close a major security loophole have landed some users in trouble.

If users opt not to install the patch, there are opening door onto trouble from hackers. The flaw would allow malicious hackers to fake website address, even if the user typed it correctly. (more…)
