All broadband routers have a built-in firewall, as does Windows XP (since SP2), Vista, Windows 7, and Mac OS X since 10.5. Make sure it’s enabled. A third-party software firewall does no harm for laptop users and desktops who want to beef-up on security.

Keep up-to-date antivirus software. Whether you get yours paid or for free, antivirus software is useless unless it’s updated daily (Norton UK or US users are updated every 10 or so minutes).

Capacitve Touchscreen is a touchscreen that conducts electricity when your finger is placed upon it. It doesn’t react to pressure from your finger. This technology is what allows for multitouch on mobiles, so you can use more than one finger at a time.

AMOLED is a super-slimline Active Matrix Organic LED display (basically a different kind of screen technology that you’re used to). It controls all of the pixels in the screen individually, giving you a far sharper image on screen and better contrast for whites and blacks. The power consumption is also far less compared to traditional LED screens.

This is fastest mobile phone Internet connection. HSDPA (High-Speed Downlink Pack Access if you’re interested!) gives 14.4mbps, which is quite a high speed for a mobile device. Speed is though subject to handset type, location, and mobile phone network.
