Last week saw some changes to the book a time online system.

Booking a time online just got better

The change is more of a practical, under the bonnet, sort of change: email notification.

Basically, when booking a time online, you (the customer), would fill in the form and get to a ‘submitted your appointment’ page. Then after that you’d wait till a confirmation got emailed to you.

The change made now means that when you will in the form [successfully] you’ll automatically receive an acknowledgement to your requested time. After this (normally same working day) you’ll receive the confirmation.

Whilst this is a very minor change, it’s a very important one. It should put your mind at rest that thetechangel.com has received your request and that you should sit back and wait for the confirmation email.

This all part of a larger series of updates to the website, which will offer customers a far better quality of service.
