When deciding on which games console to buy, it can be a bit of a mine field. Here are 4 nano tips to help you:
- If you want multimedia, you would be best choosing either the X-Box 360 or PS3, rather than a Nintendo Wii. The PS3 is currently the only major games console with a Blu-Ray player built in.
- There are plenty of peripherals and accessories for the 360 and PS3, but the Wii is still catching-up. Logitech and Joytech accessories are both popular and tend to be reliable, plus well built.
- The 360 has a far bigger catalogue of games to choose from than the Wii or PS3. Many users also consider the games to be far better or of AAA-quality. So it’s not always the power that is in the console, but the things you can do with it.
- Make-up your mind about what games you’re going to want to play. The 360 and PS3 have lots to offer, but for the very best in flexibility consider a PC – they can also do word-pressing (?) and Internet surfing much better!
