How to Troubleshoot a Sky+ box & Upgrade the Firmware

Whilst out and about seeing customers last week, one of them asked me why they couldn’t get their Sky+ box to record programs. My immediate thought was that the software was either not the latest version, or it was faulty, and not the actual hardware inside the box that was the problem. (more…)
