Over recent months, some users have been grumbling that they cannot open documents (Word, Excel etc) from other Office users. On closer inspection the sender of the document was using Office 2007, whilst the recipient was using MS Office 2003, XP…or even older. (more…)

Megabyte: A megabyte is a measurement of size. 1 megabyte (or 1MB) is equal to 1,000,000 bytes, just like the metric scale. Typically, a single photo at good or high quality will be roughly 1 MB. A single music track at standard quality and stored as an MP3, will be about 3MBs
