The maintenance windows are as follows:
- Friday 11/03/2011 02:00 – 06:00
- Tuesday 15/03/2011 02:00 – 06:00
- Wednesday 16/03/2011 02:00 – 06:00
- Thursday 17/03/2011 02:00 – 06:00
- Friday 18/03/2011 02:00 – 06:00
This may affect all customers who have broadband provided through a BT wholesale line.
Downtime during this period for affected customers should not exceed 5 minutes.
If you do experience problems for longer periods in the time periods concerned, it would be recommend that you power down the router or modem concerned for a 15 minute period and then powering back on before seeking technical support.
