   I have to say that I am shocked by this photo. I am hoping it is not for real. If it is, may be I need a sense-of-humour transplant. The terror on the child’s face is ample evidence that this is an abusive situation and is unacceptable

     I don’t think the photo is at all genuine – the child is too clear-cut around the image. Def looks like a photoshop job to me. The direction of the light angle on the child also appears to come from left to right, where as everything else is lit from right to left.
