Please make a note in your diary that next week I am moving HQ.
On Thursday and Friday (March 25th / 26th) there will be a severally limited service that I will be able to offer you. Normal service should resume at about lunchtime on Monday when my phone is connected.
In other words, I will be able to offer limited phone support, but there will be no onsite service available, and certainly no remote assistance until Monday.
Please also note that those booking a time online will see that I have blanked out those 2 days from the Agenda. You can of course though book a time online, easily, and quickly for any other time you want. Remember, as always, first come, first served.
