It’s officially reaching the end of 2009, Google & Bing have released details of the most searched for topics of the year.

Surprisingly it wasn’t Michael Jackson that made it to the top of the charts in 2009, nor swine flu, but instead Windows 7. But on the flip side Google’s search chart was dominated by variations of Facebook.
