Mail server problem

On Friday 30th October a problem with thetechangel.com’s mail server occurred. This meant that some emails were not received by customers during the course of Thursday and Friday.

The server distributed some emails, but not all, resulting in a few customers not receiving responses to questions, as well as invoices not being received.

The problem has now been corrected and all emails are flowing as normal.

Those customers who did not receive a response to their emails should get in touch.

Those customers who were meant to receive invoices will automatically have their invoices sent again. As a gesture of good will, those customers who were invoiced will have an extra 3 days added to the due date.

Apologies to all for this, but rest assured its as normal.
