Patches for all – Patch Batch Tuesday

has been hard at work this month in preparation for the release (now available for all) of 10 patches for Windows Users.

On Tuesday, in the June edition of , the software giant flagged three critical , three important ones, and one ‘moderate’ rated for users.

All patches and fixes for both Windows and MS Office are available from Microsoft Update. For help with how to do this, click here for this back post.

For those wanting to be the know about what the updates relate to:-

  • One is for the Bluetooth stack in and Vista
  • One is for DirectX (the graphics engine for Windows)
  • One is for
  • One covers a fault for speech recognition features in Windows 2000, XP and Vista
  • Other patches relate to Active Directory and Pragmatic General Multicast (PGM)
