So, Monday 3rd September, 6 o’clock in the evening and the tube network goes on strike. Fortunately I was back home in my study (working) at that point.
This morning and afternoon: Two buses, one car and a taxi and a whole load of stress and agro.
Basically I have decided that anyone hoping to see me from now until Thursday, unfortunately your odds don’t look good due to the dog show which is ‘public transport’. That is unless TfL and the RMT don’t sort things out.
But wait! There may be more of this chaos to come next week possibly (10th Sept).
